Drama therapy for theatre-loving souls ready to tackle the tough stuff—our way.
Available virtually in California.
Life’s a lot… add trauma to the mix, and it can sneak into every corner—your career, relationships, parenting, and even how you talk to yourself.
You’re stuck in a loop–negative self-talk, shame spirals, and an inner child basically throwing a tantrum.
Picture being free from the noise. You’ve stepped into your “I don’t give a f*ck” era, and it feels amazing.
With confidence on fire, thriving relationships, and finally being able to catch your breath because you’ve made space for YOU on the priority list.
Drama therapy? Oh yeah, it’s a way for theatre lovers, expressors of the arts, and some may say quirky folx to work through the tough stuff, like trauma that's impacting your life, relationships, identity, parenting, and so on, by cognitive processing through acting it out.
With nearly a decade of experience under my belt, I’m stoked to have been part of many people’s journeys to healing, breakthroughs, and that sweet, sweet peace we all deserve.
