“Your inner child is in there somewhere. Let’s get her out and take care of her.”

- Meghan Todd, MA, RDT, LMFT

Childhood stuff? I get it.

Here you are, full-on adulting—but still stuck feeling not good enough, undeserving of love, low on confidence, and trapped in those familiar old cycles. (Ah, childhood trauma just loves hanging around, huh?)

Maybe you’ve dipped your toes into therapy before, or the thought of starting feels like a mountain to climb. I get it.

Trauma has a way of following us around like a dark cloud, messing with our thoughts, reactions, and self-worth.

And those trauma Reddit scrolls and social media reels? Super relatable. But healing? Not so much.

You deserve freedom.

Picture this: you're no longer dancing to the tune of your trauma, because you took the time to heal. And let’s be real—healing looks freakin' amazing on you.

Your relationships are flourishing because you're showing up as authentically YOU, with strength, and true peace you never knew existed.

Your days aren’t about dodging triggers or avoiding uncomfy emotions anymore. You’re setting boundaries, maybe even blocking that person who’s been hurting you. (“I’ve had enough of you, you beast!”)

Spontaneous plans? Yes, please!

I get you.

With nearly a decade of experience guiding folx through trauma, plus my own personal journey, I bring a fresh, empathetic, and results-driven approach to this work.

I believe healing doesn't have to mean back-to-back tear-filled sessions. I’m all about the arts, drama therapy (theatre aficionados, you know the vibe!), and giving you a safe space to have those heart-to-hearts with your inner child—because sometimes, that’s exactly what you need to break free.

Who this type of therapy is for:

→ Anyone carrying the weight of past trauma.

→ Those struggling with negative self-talk and doom thinking.

→ Those feeling stuck with self-doubt, low self-worth, and identity confusion.

→ Folx who grew up in “what even was that?”  family systems.

Cycle-breakers ready to end the generational trauma and start fresh.

I mix evidence-based strategies with drama therapy and expressive arts—because healing doesn’t always have to mean heavy convos. Sometimes the real breakthroughs come when we act it out, improv-style, and let your inner child play.
